Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual to work closely with our team of professionals, providing essential support to students aged 4-11 with mild to severe learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the class teacher in providing a tailored learning experience for students
  • Provide behaviour and pastoral support to students
  • Build robust and effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Develop and implement practical strategies to meet the individual needs of students
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with the teaching team
  • Provide caring, compassionate, and supportive care to students, including 1:1 and small group work
  • Ensure the safeguarding of students at all times
  • Participate in staff meetings and complete relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
Requirements:
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced DBS and/or overseas police check (where applicable)
What We Offer:
  • Excellent on-site training and support
  • Competitive pay rate of £85 per day
  • Term-time only, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm
