About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our specification sales efforts into new build housing and social housing projects. As a Specification Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.

You will work closely with our regional offices, housebuilders, regional house builders, developers, self-build construction providers, local authorities, and housing associations to specify our premium renewable products, including air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, and electric boilers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional offices, housebuilders, and local authorities
  • Specify our renewable products into new build housing and social housing projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales experience in the renewable energy or heating industry
  • Strong understanding of the specification sales process and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
