Position: General Manager

Overview:
This position calls for a dynamic leader with exceptional commercial insight and the drive to enhance the performance of our fitness establishment. The ideal candidate will have a history of elevating service standards and fostering a thriving community of members and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the gym with a focus on leadership and motivation.
  • Enhance the financial performance of the facility through strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure operational excellence across all areas of the gym.
  • Achieve established performance metrics.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team to achieve collective success.
Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated success in a management role within the fitness or leisure sector.
  • A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to inspire others.
  • Certification as a Level 2 Gym Instructor or higher.
  • Proven experience in driving revenue and executing local marketing strategies, alongside effective team management.
  • Experience as a General Manager or significant background in fitness management is preferred.
