Job Description:
Ackerman Pierce is seeking experienced SEN Tutors, SEN Teachers, Tutors, and HLTA's to provide one-to-one tutoring for children with additional complex needs. We work closely with County Councils and Schools to provide support to students who require individualized attention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one tutoring to students with a range of additional complex needs, including ASC diagnosis, anxiety, and ADHD.
- Support students in Math and English, with a focus on KS4 curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with County Councils and Schools to develop individualized learning plans.
- Utilize flexible scheduling to accommodate students' needs and provide up to 35 hours of support per week.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with additional complex needs, particularly those with ASC diagnosis.
- Strong knowledge of Math and English curriculum, with a focus on KS4.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate students' needs.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate, ranging from £25 to £35 per hour, depending on qualifications.
- Temporary contract with the possibility of extension.
