About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Retail Store Manager Assistant at Wolverine Worldwide Inc. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing the store, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the store management team in achieving sales goals and performance metrics by being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
  • Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing towards and delivering on store KPIs.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and productive store environment, ensuring excellent customer service and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated retail sales success and a passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
