About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Oliver Bonas. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth through exceptional customer service and outstanding operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the store's sales growth through commercial analysis and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure the team has an awareness of the store's sales target and current performance.
  • Act as a role model, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping the team achieve similar high standards.
  • Hold daily briefing sessions to share information about store targets and focuses.
  • Support the team in the manager's absence.
  • Follow company guidelines for cash handling and health and safety.
  • Review and action replenishment needs to ensure top sellers and new products are readily available.
