Job Title: Senior Site Manager / Project Manager

Location: North East of England, East Coast, and North Yorkshire

Salary: £60K - £70K plus package (DOE); negotiable for the right candidate

About Us:

Nicholas Associates Construction Careers is seeking experienced and dynamic Senior Site Managers and Project Managers to join our teams for various exciting schemes across the North East of England, the East Coast, and North Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Team Leadership: Lead and supervise site teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Resource Management: Schedule and allocate plant labour and materials efficiently.
  • Health & Safety Management: Ensure all site operations comply with H&S regulations.
  • Programme Production: Develop and maintain detailed project programs.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
  • Collaboration with QS: Work closely with the Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and budgets.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct QA checks to ensure the highest quality of work.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of H&S regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
