CAD/CAM Programmer Job Description

Isla Rose Consulting Limited is seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Programmer to join our team in Wolverhampton.

As a CAD/CAM Programmer, you will be responsible for utilizing AutoCAD and Solidworks to create accurate drawings and 3D models, collaborating with clients to ensure precision. You will need to create 2D nests for flatbed laser machines using BySoft and develop bend programs for Bystronic press brake machines on ByBend. Your goal will be to design programs that optimize cutting paths, maximize material use, and minimize waste.

To be successful in this role, you will require experience as a CAD/CAM Programmer, preferably with experience using BySoft, AutoCAD, and Solidworks. Accurate documentation onto MRP systems and a high level of numerical and analytical ability are essential.

Requirements:
