Isla Rose Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Programmer to join their team in Wolverhampton. As a CAD/CAM Programmer, you will be responsible for creating 2D nests for flatbed laser machines using BySoft and developing bend programs for Bystronic press brake machines on ByBend. You will also contribute to process improvements, focusing on efficient cutting paths, maximizing material use, and reducing waste.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience as a CAD/CAM Programmer, preferably with experience using BySoft. You should be proficient in Bystronic programming, 2D AutoCAD, 3D Solidworks, and have a strong understanding of CAD/CAM principles.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent contract opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement efficient CAD/CAM programs for flatbed laser machines and Bystronic press brake machines
  • Contribute to process improvements, focusing on reducing waste and maximizing material use

Requirements:

  • Experience as a CAD/CAM Programmer, preferably with experience using BySoft
