**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to join our team at Tonic Healthcare. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our care providers in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Support service managers in preparing for CQC inspections and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance the quality of care and support
* Manage contracts and deliver services to local authorities
* Build and maintain relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a Service Manager or Registered Manager
* Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and best practices in care and support
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
