Position Overview: The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver exceptional catering services to patients, visitors, and various departments within the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety and Food Safety Regulations.

Team Collaboration: As part of a dedicated team operating on a flexible schedule, you will provide a high-quality service focused on the needs of patients and visitors.

Knowledge Requirements: Candidates should possess a solid understanding of relevant Policies and Procedures, as well as Food Fluid and Nutrition Standards, which will be overseen by the Team Leaders and Chef de Parties.

Certification: A current Food Hygiene Certificate is essential for applicants.

Experience: Relevant experience in a fast-paced food service environment is required, including the preparation of basic food items and the use of industrial cooking and cleaning equipment. This role entails both kitchen duties and serving responsibilities in the dining area, making it a versatile position.
