Job Title: Apprentice Chef

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dish Preparation: Assist in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that meet our culinary standards.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and cooked safely and to the highest quality standards.
  • Culinary Development: Participate in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, and contribute to the development of new dishes and recipes.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Learning and Development: Attend training sessions, workshops, and assessments to develop your culinary skills and knowledge.
What You'll Be Cooking Up:

As an Apprentice Chef, you'll have the opportunity to work towards a Food Production Level 5 SVQ qualification, which will equip you with the skills and knowledge to succeed in the culinary industry. You'll work closely with our experienced chefs to develop your skills and knowledge, and you'll have the chance to participate in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
