Senior Lettings Administrator / Property Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Lettings Administrator / Property Manager to join our client, a well-respected estate agency in Clapham. Our client provides exceptional service to all their clients and is looking for someone who shares the same values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative processes related to residential lettings, ensuring seamless communication with tenants and landlords.
  • Handle renewals, draw up relevant paperwork, and conduct monthly checks on lettings/sales keys.
  • Conduct money laundering checks, ID checks, and register deposits under the Deposit Protection scheme.
  • Arrange inventory check-ins, cleaning, gas safety records, and portable appliance tests for properties.
  • Draw up invoices, ensure cleared funds prior to move-in, and update the company website and advertising portals with available properties.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for new deals, including tenancy agreements.
  • Chase landlords and tenants for outstanding paperwork.
Personal Specification:
  • At least 2 years' lettings administration experience.
  • Superb customer service skills and a good sense of humour.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organised and proactive.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple jobs simultaneously.
  • Well-presented.

This is a Monday-Friday role, offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000.
