About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at REISS. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team during our peak periods, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Pick and pack stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfillment.
  • Act as a REISS brand ambassador, promoting our products and services to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support during peak periods.

  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
