Job Title: Kidney Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Band 6 nurse to join our Chronic Kidney Disease multidisciplinary team on a 12-month secondment to cover maternity leave.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as the key worker and liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide specialist care for patients.
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with chronic kidney disease.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in Renal nursing.
  • Formal leadership and ENB 998 or equivalent.
  • Current driving license.
