Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Reveal Media. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our contract processes, obligations, and implementation on both customer and supplier sides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing customer and/or supplier contract terms and conditions to balance risk with Reveal's commercial objectives.
- Managing or helping to manage subcontractor and vendor relationships.
- Carrying out contract reviews of existing contracts.
- Delivering and maintaining effective commercial methods, processes, and operational procedures to ensure contracts are managed in line with internal and external compliance standards, including ISO, GDPR, and other applicable laws.
- Ensuring legal documents are correctly prepared and move smoothly and quickly from drafting/receipt, through collaboration and negotiation, to signature.
- Monitoring the implementation and performance of signed contracts.
- Ensuring signed contracts, contract amendments, and other contractual and legal documents are stored securely in One Drive.
- Identifying areas for improvement in processes/systems within the legal department.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience of working in a hands-on paralegal, contract management, legal, commercial, or procurement role.
- Familiarity with online research tools.
Education:
- Postgraduate paralegal diploma.
- An award in legal studies.
- Legal secretary certificate or diploma.
