Electrical Engineer

Join the dynamic team at Velocity Recruitment as an Electrical Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity of our Hard Services. Your efforts will ensure the seamless functioning of electrical systems while prioritizing the needs of our clients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and address Reactive tasks on all electrical systems.
  • Respond promptly to Building Management System alerts and execute emergency repairs as needed.
  • Foster strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and contractors to enhance collaboration.
  • Accurately complete job sheets and tasks within established Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines.
  • Uphold a standard of excellence in customer service throughout all interactions.
  • Assist with various engineering projects and tasks as required by the team.
  • Participate in an on-call rota, ensuring adherence to SLA commitments.
  • Implement appropriate Health & Safety measures in all tasks undertaken.
  • Supervise and evaluate subcontractor activities on-site to ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Possession of relevant Electrical or Mechanical Engineering certifications from an accredited institution.
  • A valid driving license is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in a corporate or professional environment.
