dunnhumby is in search of a skilled Media Engagement Specialist
In this role, you will support our Communications & Media division within a media planning team, utilizing consumer insights to craft impactful media strategies for dunnhumby clients. You will contribute to the most relevant client engagement tactics and solutions aimed at enhancing retailer loyalty and amplifying brand value.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the management and development of client engagement strategies to maximize participation and value creation through our established Media offerings.
- Utilizing dunnhumby insights to ensure that recommended plan components align with retailer customer strategies and enhance brand/customer value.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to provide insights that shape and launch innovative solutions.
- Supporting client engagement initiatives (as assigned) to meet business objectives with a customer-centric approach.
- Creating client-ready analyses and planning presentations that foster deeper client engagement and increased brand/customer value.
- Assisting in the nomination and delivery processes across media and financial management.
- Actively embodying the values and behaviors of dunnhumby.
