We are seeking a highly skilled NEC Supervisor to join our team at Mace. As a NEC Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the construction process, including planning, execution, and completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
  • Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to deliver projects that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including site managers, engineers, and other construction professionals.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including reports, records, and certificates, are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and procedures to improve project delivery and quality.

Requirements:

  • NEC Supervision experience, preferably with a recognized certification.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, processes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Ability to travel to construction sites as required for the role.
