About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Knowledge Administrator to join our central Knowledge Management team at BDO UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our firm by managing our knowledge base, focusing on quality assurance, commercial value, and accessibility of content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our knowledge base, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible to our colleagues.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure consistency, support local knowledge sharing, and encourage a knowledge-sharing mindset.
  • Develop and implement effective knowledge management strategies to enhance our delivery and provide additional services to our clients.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our knowledge management practices.
  • Provide excellent writing and editing skills to communicate succinctly and effectively with our colleagues and clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our colleagues and clients to ensure seamless knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a professional services firm, preferably in a knowledge management or content creation role.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.
