Cleveland Clinic London is seeking an experienced Senior ICU Nurse to enhance our Intensive Care Unit team, offering a competitive salary up to £55,028 based on qualifications.
This role requires flexibility for shifts across Monday to Sunday, including Days, Nights, and Weekends, with the following shift patterns:
6-week rotation of 19 shifts 08:00 – 20:30 and 20:00 – 08:30The Senior ICU Nurse will oversee the assessment, planning, execution, and evaluation of care for patients requiring level 2 and 3 interventions, providing both general and specialized nursing care in alignment with established protocols and policies.

Key Responsibilities
Relevant experience as an ICU Senior Nurse Deliver direct nursing care to patients requiring level 2 and 3 interventions following established protocols. Prioritize nursing care, identify patient deterioration, and escalate concerns to senior nursing staff or clinicians promptly. Act as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care. Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.Required Qualifications
Current First Level nursing registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) without practice restrictions Willingness to pursue relevant post-registration training Proven clinical experience in high-acuity care for critically ill adults, including management of invasive lines, mechanical ventilation, and vasoactive medications. Broad experience in critical care specialties such as cardiac, neurosurgery, renal, and gastrointestinal surgery. Completion of 60 credits in Adult Critical Care/Intensive Care Course or equivalent & Step 1 Critical Care Competencies CourseBenefits Offered
