Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our client's team in Milton Keynes and Aylesbury. As a key member of the finance function, you will be responsible for preparing Management Accounts, providing finance support to the Finance Director, and ensuring the smooth operation of the finance function.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-4 years' experience in an accounts role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be proactive, able to work to deadlines, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing Management Accounts and providing financial reports
- Providing finance support to the Finance Director
- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data
- Managing the finance function, including accounts payable and receivable
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in an accounts role
- Strong knowledge of financial software, including Sage
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
