Position Overview:

We are in search of a detail-oriented and friendly professional to oversee office administration, manage incoming communications, and welcome visitors. This position is crucial for ensuring the efficient functioning of our dynamic and supportive office environment.

Key Duties:

  • Oversee administrative responsibilities and manage the inbox for one of the executives.
  • Perform general office management tasks.
  • Track office spending and employee reimbursements.
  • Supervise the maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
  • Address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide administrative support for new initiatives.
  • Review and refresh health and safety protocols.
  • Greet and assist clients, ensuring the office is ready for visitors.
  • Act as the main contact for incoming communications.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
