Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our talented team of culinary professionals. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality dishes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict health and safety standards.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas, in line with the hotel's culinary vision.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and feedback.
- Participate in menu planning and inventory management, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Contribute to the development of the hotel's culinary team, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 3 AA Rosette or 1 Michelin star environment.
- Strong culinary skills, with a focus on modern British cuisine and locally sourced ingredients.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to follow strict health and safety procedures, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Competitive salary: £30,000 per annum.
- Overtime paid.
- An additional share of service charge and tips (paid every 2 months).
