About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design Technologist to join our dynamic Design Team at Michael Dyson Associates Ltd.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing technical design drawings, Revit models, and construction issue information for a range of residential and commercial projects.

You will work closely with our Architects, Technologists, and Technicians to deliver high-quality designs and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing technical design drawings and Revit models for RIBA Work Stage 3 to 6
  • Working on multiple projects simultaneously, producing working drawings/specifications and checking/amending similar work drafted by others
  • Attending and chairing client design meetings
  • Attending site and liaising with contractors, providing technical advice when required
Requirements
  • Proficient user of AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Proficient in Revit, preferably with experience in a design office
  • Construction technical knowledge and experience in building and planning regulations/procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in the office and from home where required
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and written articulation skills
