About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Design Technologist to join our dynamic Design Team at Michael Dyson Associates Ltd.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing technical design drawings, Revit models, and other construction information for a range of residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce technical design drawings and Revit models for RIBA Work Stage 3 to 6
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, producing working drawings/specifications and checking/amending similar work drafted by others
  • Attend and chair client design meetings, and provide technical advice when required
  • Collaborate with contractors and provide technical support on site
Requirements
  • Proficient user of AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Proficient in Revit, preferably with experience in a design office
  • Construction technical knowledge and experience in building and planning regulations/procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
