The Role of a Manufacturing Automated Systems Support Engineer

As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to our external customers, delivering complete factory automation solutions for the Food & Beverage, Packaging, and Life Sciences industries. You will also resolve technical issues with our products, conduct training and product demonstrations for sales and external engineering teams, and work Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide pre and post-sales technical support to external customers
  • Deliver training and product demonstrations to sales and external engineering teams
  • Resolve technical issues with our products

Requirements

  • Technical Support/Service Engineer or similar technical role experience is essential
  • Recognizable engineering qualification (HND, HNC)
  • Proven knowledge of robotics, PLCs, Servos, and inverters
  • UK driving license
