The Role of a Manufacturing Automated Systems Support Engineer
As a key member of our team, you will provide pre and post technical support to our external customers, delivering complete factory automation solutions typically found in the Food & Beverage, Packaging, and Life Sciences industry. You will also resolve technical issues with our products, conduct training and product demonstrations for the sales and external engineering teams, and work Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to external customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
- Deliver training and product demonstrations to sales and external engineering teams
- Resolve technical issues with our products
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of factory automation solutions
Requirements
- Worked in a Technical Support/Service Engineer or a similar technical role is ESSENTIAL
- Must have recognisable engineering qualification (HND, HNC)
- Proven knowledge of robotics, PLCs, Servos and inverters
- You MUST have a UK driving Licence
