We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa, working on a bank contract basis. As a Weekend Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents, while also contributing to the overall success of our care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care: Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Lead and mentor the team: Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
- Develop and implement care plans: Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each of our residents.
- Ensure a safe and compliant environment: Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC pin: As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.
- Previous experience: You have previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.
- Clinical guidance: You are confident offering clinical guidance for care teams, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.
