**Job Title:** Oracle Functional Consultant

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to join our team at InterQuest Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the solution design and implementation of key IT projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Project Leadership:** Lead the solution design and implementation of key IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • **Collaboration:** Coordinate with partner teams on configuration, testing, and training, and serve as a key point of contact.
  • **Deliverables:** Take ownership of specific deliverables/financial modules of the project, ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
  • **Documentation:** Own documentation of system configuration, design, and processes for the project areas.

**Requirements:**

  • **Oracle Experience:** Strong experience with GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Revenue Management modules in Oracle.
  • **Finance Background:** >5 years experience in a finance role, or alternatively >5 years experience working in an IT/systems accountant role.
  • **Financial Analysis:** Experience of working in financial close, financial analysis, or financial control roles.
  • **Communication:** Ability to communicate concisely, clearly, and effectively with senior stakeholders across functions (both technical and non-technical) and cultures.
  • **Analytical Skills:** Demonstrates the ability to analyze and understand data and information quickly.
  • **Oracle Applications:** Experience of using Oracle finance applications (e.g. Oracle eBusiness).
