**Job Summary**

InterQuest Group is seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to lead the solution design and implementation of key IT projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with partner teams on configuration, testing, and training, and serving as a primary point of contact.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive solution designs for IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, test, and train on Oracle financial systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Take ownership of specific deliverables and financial modules, driving project success and ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system configuration, design, and processes for project areas, ensuring transparency and accountability.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience with Oracle GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Revenue Management modules, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a finance role or equivalent experience in an IT/systems accountant role, with a focus on financial close, financial analysis, or financial control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders across functions and cultures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly understand and analyze complex data and information.
  • Experience with Oracle finance applications, such as Oracle eBusiness, and a solid understanding of financial systems and processes.
