Job Title: Day & Night Shift Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at PROMAN. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including multi-head weighers, VFFS bagging machines, case tapers, and conveyors.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase line OEE and prevent downtime.
  • Design and implement electrical control systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage capital asset installations and projects in conjunction with the Factory Manager.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including building repairs.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
  • Qualification through time served experience or a relevant qualification to work on food production equipment.
  • Multi-skilled with electrical experience.
