Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a leading machine manufacturer for the FMCG industry. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will have the chance to work on the latest and state-of-the-art machinery to help maintain the company's status as a market leader in the sector.
The Role: Our client is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to ensure that our production equipment is maintained to the highest standards, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on end of line FMCG equipment to ensure optimal production output.
- Identify faults, diagnose and repair breakdowns, and perform preventative maintenance on all machinery to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with the Design team to optimize production output and ensure that all equipment is safe and compliant with relevant legislation and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work to ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and compliant with regulations.
- To have a Minimum of a NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Engineering Electrical or Mechanical.
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer is essential.
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment is crucial.
