About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Repair Services Associate to join our team at Zebra. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing logistical tasks, troubleshooting, repairs, testing, and cleaning of customer returned products.

Responsibilities
  • Perform basic tasks associated with servicing customer product, including receiving/shipping, reviewing customer complaints, basic troubleshooting, mechanical repairs, inspection, and cleaning.
  • Learn and develop familiarity with a smaller subset of products and processes.
  • Record work performed in the form of symptom codes and parts replacement reasons.
  • Provide input geared toward continuous improvement activities.
  • Learn and develop familiarity with various software tools.
  • Deliver work that falls within acceptable error rate limits and provide input geared toward improving existing work instruction documentation and the standardization of processes.
  • Comply with all ESD practices, understand basic ISO requirements, and comply with all required safety practices and use of PPE.
  • Understand and comply with all aspects of the 5S program.
  • Learn and follow the basic calibration and maintenance requirements of the tools/equipment used in the operations.
