Job Overview

Vn International Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business departments, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions in all aspects of human resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct talent inventory of business departments, identify key talents, and develop strategies for their cultivation and development.
  • Optimize department staffing, manage personnel recruitment, department integration, promotion, and development, and handle exit interviews and abnormal problems.
  • Actively interact with business departments, communicate effectively, and establish a benign internal communication mechanism.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of HRBP work experience, preferably in the Internet enterprise recruitment field.
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit, ability to withstand pressure, outgoing, proactive, confident, good communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • Priority will be given to those majoring in human resources, labor security, or related fields.
