Job Title: Airfield Engineering Asset Project Engineer

At Endurance Doors - part of Rocal Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Airfield Engineering Asset Project Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engineering solutions for various projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results.
  • Support the creation and management of technical documentation and standards, driving consistency and excellence.
  • Develop design solutions for specified projects, working with minimal technical supervision and applying engineering fundamentals to problem-solving.
  • Evaluate and test design solutions, reporting findings and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements within NPD projects, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Apply engineering principles to problem-solving, making informed decisions and justifying risk under critical review.
Testing and Validation:
  • Design and implement testing procedures to ensure products meet quality and performance standards.
  • Conduct various types of testing, including stress, durability, and performance tests.
  • Analyse test data and generate detailed reports.
Implementation and Analysis:
  • Implement engineering changes to improve product performance, reduce costs, and address customer feedback.
  • Analyse data and generate reports to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Experience through apprenticeship or higher education (HNC, degree).
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in CAD software.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
