Client Executive Duties

Goals and Responsibilities

  • Formulating a client strategy for targeted business, collaborating closely with the team on ongoing new business sales, including structured review meetings and strategic planning sessions.
  • Managing sales pipelines effectively.
  • Supporting the marketing strategy.
  • Complying with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, serving as an ambassador for the team.
  • Encouraging and leading the team while celebrating successes.

Essential Skills for the Role

  • Prior experience as an Account Executive or Development Executive within an Insurance Brokerage.
  • Proven experience in Sales Management and achieving financial targets.
  • Demonstrated success in personal sales.
  • Familiarity with Acturis software.
  • CII qualifications at the appropriate level or a willingness to pursue them.
