We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Service Manager for our NHS Talking Therapies division, specifically for the Central & West Lancashire area. Our service encompasses a robust network of 11 teams and over 350 skilled clinicians, supported by proficient operational leaders and administrative personnel. This role will oversee three NHS Talking Therapies Teams, facilitating a cohesive leadership model within our Trust's Talking Therapies service.

The Central and West Lancashire network is known for its supportive and vibrant atmosphere, emphasizing the Trust's core values and a commitment to outstanding service user care and compassionate leadership.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our Network on a permanent basis, providing operational leadership within the Talking Therapies service. This position offers a remarkable opportunity for a leader with operational expertise who is eager to enhance their leadership skills within our organization.

You will collaborate closely with the broader Talking Therapies leadership team, both operational and clinical, to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services to the populations of Lancashire and South Cumbria.
