Senior Account Executive

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for building strategic relationships and driving business growth? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic Client Sales team in the UKI.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. You will work closely with our sales development team to prioritize accounts, align outreach strategies, and share valuable insights.
We're looking for someone who is a collaborative go-getter, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, and has a proven track record of driving new business growth. If you're a results-oriented sales professional with a passion for creating positive client relationships, we want to hear from you.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business growth and expand our reach in the UKI market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in SaaS sales and complex sales.
- Work closely with our sales development team to prioritize accounts, align outreach strategies, and share valuable insights.
- Develop and implement proactive strategies to source new opportunities and build a robust pipeline of top-of-funnel leads.
- Represent Wellhub at industry events, expanding your professional connections within the HR and Reward community.
- Own your pipeline of opportunities, showcasing initiative and expertise through the EDDPICC sales methodology.
- Craft compelling proposals and comprehensive business cases for high-value deals.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to close deals and ensure successful client onboarding.
