Job Overview

Position: Senior Infrastructure Support Specialist

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience

Work Arrangement: Flexible hybrid model, with a combination of in-office and remote work.

Work Schedule: May require occasional after-hours support.

About the Role

Join a dynamic Managed Service Provider (MSP) that is experiencing growth and is looking to enhance its 3rd line support team. This role will involve:

  • Delivering high-level technical assistance to a varied clientele.
  • Serving as a key escalation point for the second line support team, ensuring prompt issue resolution and contributing to team skill development.
  • Providing direct technical support in areas including networking, cloud services, virtualization, server management, and data storage.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a 3rd line support capacity.
  • Background in a Managed Service Provider environment.

Technical Proficiency Required

  • Networking: Proficient in Routing & Switching, Firewalls (CCNA certification preferred)
  • Microsoft Technologies: Expertise in Windows Server, Windows Operating Systems, Azure Virtual Desktop, Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory/Entra, etc.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure
  • Virtualization Technologies: Familiarity with VMware ESXi
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions, as well as Storage management.
