We are seeking a dedicated ERP professional who excels in problem-solving and is eager to support existing systems while collaborating on new ERP implementations.

Your Responsibilities

If you are driven by improving system performance and streamlining processes, this is a remarkable opportunity for an ERP Consultant to make a significant contribution. You will be part of a team focused on ERP implementations, reporting directly to the operations manager.

This role demands a proactive ERP specialist who will not only support current systems but also evaluate workflows, design efficient processes, and create innovative solutions to enhance our clients' operations. Your skills will be pivotal in the success of our clients' businesses.

Key tasks include developing application structures, integrating external software, and contributing to new implementations across various client sites in the UK.

Key Duties

  • Lead new ERP implementation projects
  • Manage the implementation lifecycle, which includes:
    • Analyzing and redesigning business processes
    • Creating application specifications
    • Gathering requirements
    • Designing functionalities
    • Development (using SQL, Oracle, or other programming languages)
    • Conducting testing
    • Providing training
    • Supporting go-live activities
  • Oversee project planning
  • Manage project budgets
  • Participate in onsite presales with the sales team

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in ERP systems, with hands-on experience in implementation or usage.
  • Strong understanding of data structures and ERP system concepts.
  • Experience with ERP software (Priority, SAP, Sage, Oracle, Dynamics, Epicor, NetSuite).
  • Proficient in SQL reporting, views, and queries (or similar development experience).
  • Familiarity with business process flows, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or finance.
  • Experience in ERP development and customization.
