Job Title: Senior Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Services Community Occupational Therapy Team in East Lancashire.

About the Role:

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of junior staff, while also maintaining a complex caseload. You will be required to operate at a high level of autonomy and decision-making, taking responsibility for and leading on specific projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of junior staff

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Registration with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience of working in a community occupational therapy setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
