International Service Engineer Opportunity

Location: Gloucester, UK

A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced International Service Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the international service team, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and testing equipment, as well as providing training to customers' staff at various levels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Install and commission equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  2. Conduct thorough testing and quality control checks to ensure equipment meets specifications.
  3. Provide training to customers' staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
  4. Liaise with sales, production, and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  5. Travel extensively, including weekends, to support customers worldwide.
  6. Ensure accurate completion of machine documentation and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
  1. Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship completion.
  2. ONC or HNC in Engineering advantageous.
  3. Mechanical assembly and fault diagnosis expertise.
  4. Able to read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings.
  5. Basic understanding of electrical control circuits and PLC machine controls.
  6. Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
