About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Swansea. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals with learning and/or physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting individuals with personal and physical care needs, including managing medication and assisting with daily living tasks.
  • Managing tenancy agreements and security, as well as maintaining accurate records.
  • Attending health appointments and liaising with external professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Supporting individuals in activities that promote health and wellbeing, such as arts and crafts, sports, social events, and holidays.
Requirements
  • A commitment to training and personal development, with a focus on delivering high-quality care.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to support individuals in a flexible and safe environment, with domestic skills including cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Commitment to achieving relevant qualifications and standards, with a full UK driving licence and business insurance.
