Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at 83zero. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • HR Systems and Records: Manage employee data using HR software and process payroll changes accurately and efficiently.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Administer payroll, pensions, private medical insurance, and other benefits to ensure compliance with UK employment law.
  • Employee Relations: Support managers with disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Learning and Development: Coordinate training and professional development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Projects: Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and process improvements to drive business growth and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR role or similar position.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, including Employment Hero and Sage 50.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
