Financial Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Support Specialist to join our team at Tall Grass Recruitment. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a crucial role in assisting our financial advisors with the preparation and implementation of comprehensive financial plans for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough research on financial products and strategies to provide expert advice to clients.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to support financial planning decisions.
- Assist in creating customized financial plans tailored to clients' needs and goals.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information for financial planning and provide exceptional customer service.
- Support advisors in preparing for client meetings and presentations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with strong IT skills and experience with financial software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Prior experience in customer service within financial services, with a strong understanding of financial products and strategies.
- Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage office tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Good time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
