Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to provide evidence-based interventions and care for adults with severe mental health conditions. Our team is known for its innovative and forward-thinking approach, focused on recovery and meeting individuals' needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments and management with the multidisciplinary team
  • Support service users in distressing situations with empathy and understanding
  • Collaborate with individuals, relatives, and records to develop comprehensive care plans
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to male service users in a secure environment
  • Attend regular multidisciplinary reviews and liaise with coordinators to ensure seamless care

Requirements:
  • Essential: National curriculum certificate for Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners (Adult Specialist Mental Health)
Experience:
  • Essential: Practical experience in mental health gained through specialized training and education
  • Experience in group leadership and information analysis
  • Desirable: Personal experience with mental health challenges, enabling a deeper understanding and empathy
