We are currently seeking a SuccessFactors / Concur Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enhance our internal HR Information Systems team. This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility in your work environment.

Role Overview

As a key member of our team, reporting to the SuccessFactors Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in the ongoing optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of our SuccessFactors and Concur solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and facilitating business workshops to transform problem statements into clear and actionable business requirements, taking into account IT, business, and commercial considerations.
  • Providing proactive technical support and development to clients, including solution design and implementation in line with governance and best practices.
  • Planning and executing testing activities for all system modifications, managing change requests through the System Development Lifecycle.
  • Building and nurturing effective relationships with external IT partners to ensure collaborative delivery of optimal solutions, fostering trust and credibility across all levels.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a second-tier technical helpdesk for HCM, demonstrating strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities.
  • Expertise in the design and development of one or more SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules or SAP Concur, with a solid understanding of their integrations.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying system solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders at various levels, effectively negotiating and influencing teams.
  • Strong project management skills, with the capability to create and adhere to detailed work plans.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A collaborative team spirit and the ability to thrive under pressure to meet demanding targets.
