Aqua Fitness Instructor - Bicester

Role Expectations

As an Aqua Fitness Instructor, you will play a vital role in our community. We seek friendly, professional, and experienced instructors who can deliver engaging and safe classes. Your classes should ensure that participants leave feeling invigorated and satisfied.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Possess a minimum of a current Level 2 CIMSPA or equivalent exercise to music teaching qualification.
  • Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in water-based exercise.
  • Commit to maintaining current qualifications and staying updated with industry standards.
  • Prioritize safety and create a secure environment for all participants.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, fostering rapport and motivation among class members.
  • Adapt classes to accommodate diverse age groups and fitness levels, recognizing that every individual is unique.
  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and creativity in keeping classes engaging and dynamic.
