Aqua Fitness Instructor - Bicester

Role Overview: Our instructors play a vital role in our team. We are seeking friendly, professional, and experienced aqua instructors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure classes are safe, well-attended, and delivered professionally.
  • Provide an exceptional experience for all participants.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Possess a minimum of a current Level 2 CIMSPA or exercise to music teaching qualification.
  • Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in water-based exercise.
  • Stay current and updated with your qualifications.
  • Understand the importance of maintaining a safe class environment.

Personal Attributes:

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate participants.
  • Ability to adapt classes for a diverse range of ages and abilities, recognizing that every individual is unique.
  • Demonstrate good time management, reliability, and professionalism.
  • Bring creativity to keep classes engaging and energetic.
